Returns or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Blue’s Bundts and Treats does not accept returns or exchanges.
In case of a package damaged in transit, Blue’s Bundts and Treats will issue a credit or re-order. If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team, WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was received and provide a photo and detailed description of issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Blue’s Bundts and Treats experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or redelivery.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the delivery or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team at bluesbundtsandtreats@gmail.com or call us at +1 (786)842-7779 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
