The red velvet and sock it to cake sealed the thanksgiving meal. They were delicious down to the last crumb. Yum, yum, we want some…. Some more for Christmas. This time we’ll go larger.

I surprised my friend with a cake for her birthday and she LOVED it, so did everyone else. The turnaround time was fast. She even offered to deliver it to me. It looked just as pictured (perfectly made), and it tasted amazing. The cake was moist, not too sweet, and had the right amount of icing.

The texture of the green velvet cake was wonderfully moist and soft, with each bite melting in my mouth. The sweetness was just right, not overpowering but enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I highly recommend this cake!
